BTS Jungkook Fans Across The Globe Celebrate Christmas By Raising Donations For Children And Needy


South Korea: K-pop group BTS enjoys a huge number of loyal fans. Their fans (also known as ARMY members) don’t just spread love to their favorite singers, but often partner up with several philanthropic activities. Also on Christmas time, fans of BTS member Jungkook made sure to reach out to those in need and support them. The Jungkook Fan Base Union called Golden JK Union donated to a non-profit organization called Children International which works for poor children and provides them with necessities. Apart from that, a group of US-based Jungkook fans donated $ 4,500 to several organizations to help children with certain illnesses. This money will also be used to buy toys for the children.

Japan-based Jungkook fan base also donated JPY 520,000 to an organization that works for the self-reliance of conflict victims in six countries in Africa and Asia. People who are discriminated against, those who suffer mental trauma and poor children will be helped in this context. Even the founder of the organization thanked Jungkook fans for the generous amounts.

Even Hungarian Jungkook fans donated to Korean Animal Rights Defenders (KARA) on behalf of the singer and his dog Bam.

However, this Christmas also left BTS fans a bit sad as members of the group – RM, Suga, and Jin tested positive for the coronavirus. The singers are currently in home isolation.
